Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Patients who do not attend scheduled appointments without notice may be charged a no-show fee.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure appointments or services. Deposits may be applied toward services or retained in accordance with cancellation policies.

Packages and Memberships

  • Packages are non-transferable

  • Packages are non-refundable once initiated

  • Expiration dates may apply

  • Membership fees are billed according to program terms

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered.
